SMSMaster incorporates the following features (amongst others):-
- A phone book to keep track of often used numbers
- Support for Cellnet, Vodafone, One2One and Orange networks
Telstra Mobilnet and Vodafone are supported in the Australian version
- Support for Hutchison, Vodapage, PageOne and BT contract pagers
- Support for BT Easyreach, VodaZap (ZAP!) and Minicall contract free pagers
- Seamless operation between networks - you don't have to know which network a phone is connected to
- Send the same message to phones connected to different networks
- Support for group sends
- Cut and paste messages to/from other Windows applications
- Tested under Windows 3.1, 3.11, 95, 98, NT4
- Datestamped logfile of messages that you have sent
- Needs only a standard modem and phoneline - no need for an expensive mobile phone modem
- Forward your email to your mobile phone (requires a MAPI compliant email package)
- A gateway mode to act as an SMS server on your LAN (requires a MAPI compliant mail system)
- Can be controlled by other applications using either the command line or a DDE interface
- Supports mobile originated messaging if you have a data compatible mobile phone
