SMSMaster PC version 2.13 is still available

This will run on older 16 bit windows platforms, such as Windows 3.1, Windows for Workgroups.

If you are not a registered user of SMSMaster, these will run in evaluation mode. Every feature of SMSMaster will be fully functional, except that each message that you send will have a fixed "sent by SMSMaster" tag attached to it. If you use SMSMaster for more than 30 days, you should purchase a license for it, details of which are here.

Version 3 is a free of charge upgrade for all registered users. It has some new features, but mainly is based upon a new compiler platform that will allow easier future upgrades.
